Made it back safely to Jim's house on the east side of Austin where Lauren and I are staying for the time we're here after our second gig. It was a good one and a late one, but there were still people there, hanging out and listening, and we did our thing.
Earlier, after we did some rehearsing, we hit the Conqueroo party at the Dogwood and made it just it time to see Syd Straw's set which is who I had wanted to see. She was great and glad we had made it down there in time. We also saw some of Michael Des Barres set which was really good.
But for now that's it. It's late and I need sleep because we have another big day tomorrow.
